Schweitzer′s cultural philosophy and ethics is an individual and cosmic ethic. But it also includes social ethical dimension, which is mostly reflected in his theoretical research of cultural country and cultural human and in his practice of relentless pursuit. These ideas and actions, which synthesize ancient Chinese thought and essence of the Western Enlightenment and are reinforced by his initial theory of reverence for life, are the important spiritual wealth for human being. They will be the beneficial revelation for us to face the complicated reality in 21st century.
