实现低碳经济转型面临资金和技术两大约束条件的制约。本文重点探讨介绍了资金需求计算方法问题。首先介绍了部分国内外的研究机构和研究人员对中国低碳经济转型所需要资金的研究成果。其次，论述了进行资金需求计算方法和模型，主要是情景分析和定量模型。第三，剖析了计算过程中需要重点关注的情景设定、参数设置、减排路线、减排机会等关键问题。最后，给出了一个计算结果并进行了对比分析。 |
| 英文摘要： |
To achieve lowcarbon economic transition, funding and the knowhow are the main challenges. This paper introduces the Computational Method of fund demand. Firstly, related literatures are briefly reviewed. Secondly, the computational method and models, especially the scenario analyses and qualitative models are introduced. Then, some key problems are discussed, including scenario developing, parameter setting, schedule of emissions reduction and chance of emissions reduction. Finally, a calculation numerical result is presented and is compared with exsiting results.
