社会是一种分工，每一个行业存在的目的都是为了实现一种价值，譬如：医生的目的是为了健康；建筑师的目的是为了舒适、安全的房舍和桥梁；司法人员的目的是为了维护社会的公平正义。而要求每一个行业必须遵守和该行业相关的伦理道德，目的则是为了确保行业或职业价值的实现，〖JP3〗唯此才能使社会所有成员因分工而享受彼此的成果。只重视职业的外在价值，而忽视职业伦理的人，不只无法达成社会分工的任务，也无法实现工作本身的内在价值。而违反职业道德不只对社会上其他人不利，也会危及个人的幸福。 |
| 英文摘要： |
Society is constituted through division of labor. Each field is to achieve a social function and value, such as, medical doctors aim to maintain health, architects aim to build safe and comfortable housing, judges aim to protect social justice. Therefore, different kinds of professional ethics are required for each given field to ascertain the field to execute its function for the society. Although every worker pursues the external goods of his/her job, the professional ethics of the field should be followed to achieve the internal goods of the job, as well as fulfill its social function. Meanwhile, the breach against the professional ethics would cause harms to others as well as damage the practitioner’s own welfare. |
