o substitute loyalty with xiao to the emperor reflects the combination of xiao ethics and royalty politics. Xiaojing not only discussed some standards for the monarch and his subjects, but also systematically analyzed the political operating system such as xiaorooted, xiao doctrine in ruling, five kinds of xiao, under heaven of peace and harmony. It roundly opened up an ideological and political prospect of running the country with xiao.
