| 英文摘要： |
The Second International was an organization of socialist and labor parties. They publicly declared that press freedom is the inalienable right of all classes, and clearly stated the ideas of press freedom for all, which implied that they would fight for equal press freedom of all in the society and protect freedom of the speech and the press within labor parties. Their ideas of press freedom can be traced back to the same origin as Karl Marx and Frederick Engels.
